Quantitative online research has its strengths in the definition of quota samples that need to be researched at low cost and short notice. The sample, however, is the central limitation of this method due to the difficulty of compiling valid online samples on a local or regional basis, unless a special 'panel' has already been created.
With our clients we compile special online panels in the form of customer forums.
In these forums our clients have a specific number of customers who have stated their willingness to be questioned at short notice on relevant issues up to four times per year. This acts as a kind of customer sensor enabling flash checks and idea generation at short notice.
